The delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of the order. The product weight is displayed on the product information page to enable you to assess the cost of delivery.
The delivery charge for the order will be shown on the basket page, this will be estimated if you have not logged in as it is not possible to take into account any surcharges for delivery to peripheral postal addresses. The actual cost of delivery will be shown on the order confirmation page.
There is no standard delivery charge for orders over £150 excluding VAT, this excludes orders over 30kg in total or containing products marked heavy or hazardous items.
If the order qualifies for free delivery and you require an upgrade to express delivery you will be charged the upgrade fee only.
Hazardous products have to be carried by a specialist courier, orders containing hazardous products are identified with a 
and are sent at additional cost as shown below. These products do not qualify for free delivery and are sent by the Express service only.
Heavy and bulky products are identified with a 
these products incur a surcharge on each product ordered and do not qualify for free delivery. Orders over 30kg or containing heavy or bulky items will be sent by express delivery only and the cost quoted includes the express surcharge.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the stated timescales we are unable to guarantee it. We aim to despatch all orders received before 12pm the same day.
For security reasons first orders by non members will be sent to the card holders address only.

Whilst we still aim to deliver within the stated timescales due to the location of the postcodes below, it is likely that delivery will take 1-2 days longer.

Channel Islands
