Unwanted Goods

If you decide that you do not want an item that you have ordered please call 0845 6033622 to arrange collection of the goods.

Please have your order and product number ready. You will be issued with a returns number that should be written down and put in the parcel to be returned. Please write the address shown below clearly on the parcel, we will then arrange for your parcel to be collected.

Provided that the item is returned to us within 7 days after the day you received it and you have taken reasonable care of it we will exchange it or offer a refund.
There is a £5.50 charge for all returns.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please call 0845 6033622 to arrange collection of the goods.

There is no charge for the return of faulty goods.
