Bungee Gate System
The Bungee gate system can stretch to a maximum of 6.2Mtr without damage or loss of conductivity or danger to livestock.
When installed correctly, as in the picture, you have the following benefits:

The gate can be opened with the energizer switched on and current flowing.

The gate handle or bungee rope will not drop to the ground and short the fence out.

Gate Handles
It is easy to use a knot to attach conductors to gate handles, however this can physically damage the conductor and will not necessarily create a good connection. Our heavy duty gate handles are pre fitted with either rope or tape clamps to insure maximum conductivity thus extending conductor life.

The Ultimate Tape

The Ultimate Tape has been designed to be exactly that - Ultimate. Each plastic filament is thicker than normal with an exceptionally dense weave; in addition the two outer edges are further einforced with a 1mm outer filament. Couple this robust plastic set up with the 10 stainless steel filaments and the result is a breaking strain of 320 kgs and resistance of 0.85 Ohms/m. Used in conjunction with clamp type tape insulators which feature a conducting carbon compound, the current will be redistributed across the tape overcoming possible breaks in wire filament. It will prove to be a truly hardy tape.
