Holsworthy Livestock Market is one of the leading auction centres in the South West providing an important selling platform for all types of prime and store stock on a weekly basis.
Set in the heart of the rolling country of North West Devon, Holsworthy Market Regular auction days see around 1700-2000 head of stock going under the hammer to include a large number of dairy cattle which has placed Holsworthy firmly as the principal auction site for dairy stock in Devon & Cornwall.
To complement the usual cattle, sheep, calves and dairy auctions special sales of pigs, poultry and machinery are held on a monthly basis throughout the year and attract massive crowds from all over the region.
The Market gates open at 6am with skilled and trained stockman available to assist loading and unloading at all times. The Market also has its own lorry and trailer washout area for customers convenience, adhering to all current requests and regulations on bio-security.
