During our busiest periods, Mole Valley Plus can handle in excess of a 900 to 1000 calls a day. Despite of the large number our target is to answer every single incoming call with a friendly and professional response from one of our twelve Sales Co-ordinators. Here at Mole Valley Plus we believe we are unique in that we deal with a huge number of calls without being an automated service. Unfortunately, during our peak times it becomes increasingly difficult to be able to answer every call consistently through the day. However, we don’t want to let our customers down, nor do we not want to be another automated system. We appreciate the frustrations you experience when dealing with an automated system and it’s for that reason that we want to keep the personal touch. In order to maintain this personal touch, we need to ensure we are as efficient as possible by offering alternative ways of contacting us when the telephones are busy.

The main number, which will be answered by any of the Mole Valley Plus Team, is 01769 576201. If you are looking for a particular product such as Fuel or Ear Tags, we have different numbers directed to our specialists. Likewise, we have specific email addresses to cater for those who don’t need to speak to a specialist and know exactly what they want. We also have a fax number – which, although becoming a less common method for us now, is still available if you prefer - 01769 576223.

Going forward, we will have some forms on the website to enable you to fill out all relevant detail on particular products. This will be sent to the correct team member. We already have a mobile phone form online for this specific use.
