Farming to London Buses

Buses for the Farming to London March

Farming to London March Wednesday 23rd March

Mole Valley Farmers is pleased to be supporting the “Farming to London” march, organised by Farmers for Action, to be held on Wednesday 23rd March.  The event is billed as a “celebration of farming” and organiser David Handley is keen that the event promotes, to the general public, why farming is so important to the countryside and the wider economy. The event will also be an opportunity to convey some key messages about the challenges currently being felt by many farmers and whilst the dairy sector will feature prominently, the intention is that all agricultural sectors will be represented.
Mole Valley Farmers has pledged to provide coaches from a number of strategic locations around the UK – the spaces will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
Whilst there is no charge, we would ask for a small donation of £5 from those using the subsidised coaches – the money collected will be split between the farming charities Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) and Farming Community Network (FCN).
To book your place, please contact Marisa Gale on 01769 576219 or email [email protected].
